Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policies regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Customers can cancel their subscription to CodeGraphi Hotel Management System at any time by contacting our support team or through the account dashboard. Once canceled, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of initial subscription and have not extensively used premium features.
- If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our side.
- If a duplicate payment was processed accidentally.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:
- Partial usage of the service after the 7-day period.
- Failure to use the platform after subscription purchase.
- Cancellation after a renewal has already been processed.
4. Annual Plans
Annual plans are offered at a discounted price. Refunds for annual plans will only be considered if requested within 14 days of the subscription start date. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase.
